Along with her side-kick the colorful "Sierra Sam" they have carefully planned each moment of this tour that takes you on an adventure into the spectacular valley that will leave you wanting more...

Join Annie and "Sierra Sam" on this spectacular tour to the Valley of Fire. Dressed entirely in western attire this truly informative and colorful character "Sierra Sam" will no doubt be one of the highlights as he takes you on a exciting narrated and guided journey into time, geology and western culture. 

You'll travel along the North Shore Drive of spectacular Lake Mead and enter a rainbow vista of multi-colored mountains. You'll stop at the historical Calville Bay Marina to enjoy a water side lunch and a stroll along the beach with the ducks. 

Following lunch "Sierra Sam" will take on a journey  into the beautiful Black Mountains where you'll arrive at the top of the world" for a view of a lifetime!  On occasion you'll see wild mustangs, desert burros, big horn sheep, coyotes and deer as well as magnificent desert flowers in bloom.

The mysterious Rogers' Springs is your next stop. Explore the waterfalls, reeds and palm trees that surround this true desert oasis. This is no mirage! 

The best part of your trip  will be entering the Valley of Fire. You'll see Aztec sandstone formations in fire red over 150 million years old, overwhelming valleys and incredible gorges.  Witness ancient Indian
petroglyphs up close. Views of Elephant Rock, Seven Sister's formations and a stone cabin built decades ago as shelter for passing travelers.

Your tour of the Valley of Fire concludes with a journey through the Moapa Indian Reservation and a restful short drive back to your hotel.
